Cheryl
Cheryl has been with us for 3 years now and is always smiling. She makes the best coffees and is always up for a laugh. Being a local nursery teacher aswell she has a very caring and welcoming personality.
Amanda
After training at Castle college in Bakery we are now lucky enough to sample her products as for she is amazing at making cakes and other desserts. If ever you need a birthday cake this is the lady to ask.
Andy
Andy is a classically trained young chef, who has always had an eye and passion for food from an early age. After completeing his Professsional Chefs Diploma and Advanced Patisserie qualification at the Sheffield College he went on to work at a 1* Michelin restaurant where he gained valuable skills and detail.
As well as his Chefs Diploma, Andrew has a BTec National Diploma in Hospitality Supervision covering all areas of the catering industry.
With the help of Amanda they run the Bistro evenings where you can expect to see exciting dishes full of flavour executed to a high standard.
